Boothbay Region Garden Club in partnership with Boothbay Region Land Trust is hosting a short fundraising walk as part of the nation-wide Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fundraising walks taking place in nearly 150 communities during the month of October – breast cancer awareness month. Proceeds from this walk will help to fund patient support services and lifesaving research. Come join our team! \nParticipants are asked to bring a donation (checks only please\, made out to American Cancer Society) and to wear PINK in support of breast cancer awareness. We will begin our walk at St. Columba’s Episcopal Church (32 Emery Lane in Boothbay Harbor) and from there will continue to Penny Lake Preserve where we will walk the trail. \nAll are welcome to join! \nParking: Park and meet  at St. Columba’s Episcopal Church (32 Emery Ln Boothbay Harbor) where we will begin the walk.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
