DESCRIPTION:Your help is needed for stewardship of BRLT’s preserves! Join community members for a pleasant and productive spring day in support of BRLT’s universally accessible trail network. \nVolunteers will assist with annual maintenance to keep the gravel surface level and free of obstacles. \nTools needed: please bring your own work gloves and hand tools such as hoe\, potato hook/fork\, hand rake/cultivator\, or stirrup hoe. \nPlease note\, for safety and comfort\, we advise volunteers to wear close-toed shoes\, long pants\, and be prepared to protect themselves if sun exposure is an issue. Volunteers will conduct trail maintenance of the 7+ mile long River~Link trail connecting ZakPreserve\, the Schmid Preserve\, and Dodge Point Preserve. \nTools needed: please bring your own work gloves and hand tools such as pruning saw\, lopper\, etc. \nPlease note\, for safety and comfort\, we advise volunteers to wear close-toed shoes\, long pants\, and be prepared to protect themselves if sun exposure is an issue.
