The current story trail book is: \nBeyond the Pond \nWritten & Illustrated by Joseph Kuefler \nJust behind an ordinary house filled with too little fun\, Ernest D. decides that today will be the day he explores the depths of his pond. Beyond the pond\, he discovers a not-so-ordinary world that will change him forever. Visitors of all ages will enjoy this stunning picture book about the power of the imagination. \nThe story trail at Oak Point Farm is open year-round during daylight hours\, with a new book posted every few weeks. Current book titles and dates will be updated on our website. \n

DESCRIPTION:Immerse your senses in the natural world and connect with your breath in this all-level hatha flow class on the farmhouse deck at BRLT’s Oak Point Farm. Begin your day with intention and reconnect with your body through mindful movement & focus on your breath while surrounded by the scenic beauty of a nature preserve. We will gently warm up our bodies in the morning air\, move through basic standing yoga postures\, do some strength-building\, and stretch our muscles. Class is open to all levels and suitable for beginners. Please bring your yoga mat or a towel. Donations are welcome and registration is not required.
